What Benefiat is
Benefiat helps you remember recurring tasks and shows reminders you set. It does not perform, inspect or guarantee any maintenance. You remain responsible for the things you track, for following the manufacturer's instructions, and for any safety-relevant task.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and Google Play's terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app.
Free, and later Pro
The free app tracks up to 40 one-time and 20 repeating things. A one-time Pro purchase that removes the limit and adds features is planned for a later update; when it ships, it is sold through Google Play under Google Play's terms and refund policy, and these terms will say so. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by a missed or late reminder. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the current terms are published at this address. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
