Common questions
A reminder did not arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for Benefiat in Android settings, and that battery optimisation is not set to "restricted" for the app. Reminders are scheduled on the device and fire around the due time, not to the minute.
I tapped Did it by mistake
Tap the revert arrow on the crossed-out row, or open the thing and use Revert last. The thing goes back to where it was and the revert is written into its history.
I hit the free limit
Free tracks up to 40 one-time and 20 repeating things. Mark some done or delete a few to make room. More room, and a Pro upgrade, come in a later update.
How do I delete my data?
Options → Delete all data removes everything from the device, and so does uninstalling. If Android backup is on, an older copy can stay in your Google account's backup until Android replaces it.
Will it sync between phones?
Not live between two phones. If Android backup is on, your things come back when you set up a new phone from that backup.
